We've Seen This Problem From the Inside.
KYNVANT was founded to provide health system executives with an alternative to the endless cycle of reactive, transactional recruitment.

MISSION
KYNVANT was started by people who spent more than a decade inside health systems, regional hospitals, and specialty practices — watching the temp staffing cycle drain margin, erode culture, and resist every conventional fix. The reason it resisted: every conventional fix was designed to sustain the cycle, not end it.
We built KYNVANT because we knew what a permanent workforce actually produces — in retention, in outcomes, in an organization's ability to execute its plans. And we knew the industry had no model built around delivering it at scale.

THE NAME
Why KYNVANT
KYNVANT is an intentional name for a firm built around permanence, structure, and forward motion. It is designed to feel distinct because the model behind it is distinct. KYNVANT exists to signal a departure from the familiar language of staffing, requisitions, and temporary coverage.
For the organizations that partner with us, the name represents a different standard: a workforce relationship measured by stability, alignment, and long-term outcomes rather than short-term fill activity. KYNVANT stands for building what lasts.
73.5% of hospital CFOs say they want to reduce travel staff reliance. Far fewer actually succeed.
We're the firm that makes it permanent.

A NOTE FROM KYNVANT LEADERSHIP
Why we built KYNVANT this way.
KYNVANT was built on a simple belief: health systems should not have to choose between immediate coverage and long-term workforce health forever. The industry has normalized that tradeoff. We do not accept it as permanent.
We created KYNVANT to give executive teams a different kind of partner — one built for structural workforce decisions, direct accountability, and permanent outcomes. If that sounds more exacting than a traditional vendor model, it is. It is meant to be.
